A successful real estate professional, Patrick McLean, has enabled Harcourts Queensland to achieve another milestone, with the opening of the first Harcourts office in the Calamvale.
Harcourts is New Zealand’s largest and Australia’s fastest growing real estate group, with four key factors that have contributed greatly to their ongoing success - the strength of the Harcourts brand, superior business and information systems, proven marketing tools and strategies plus incredibly talented, skilled and committed people.
Founded in New Zealand in 1888, the operation expanded into Australia in 1997. There are currently well over 650 offices throughout New Zealand, Australia, Zambia, Fiji, Indonesia, South Africa, China and Singapore.
“Calamvale has always been popular with investors and is becoming more and more popular with owner occupiers as people search for a secure lifestyle close to the sites of their work and play,” he said.
After opening only two years ago, Patrick Maclean and Rossana Bernardo have opened a second office in Browns Plains after finding success in Calamvale.
Harcourts Local’s principal, Patrick Mclean, said that it has gone from strength to strength in that time since opening the doors two years ago.
Mr Mclean said that Browns Plains was an attractive marketplace with plenty to offer and would suit the business. “It’s high density with fantastic properties and we feel that it is a market where we can add value and have success,” the principal said. The company has already been dealing in the area, so it seemed an obvious choice to open an office there.
Mr Patrick McLean’s plans for the future include providing outstanding service to his clients with the advantage of having Harcourts’ market leading tools and systems to back him up, but also to be an employer of choice.
“I want to work with only the best, most passionate and most dedicated staff. I want to reward them with a happy, fun and successful environment, and a strong team culture,” he said.
